Competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition is open to all persons aged 18 and over except the employees of Win This Ltd or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. English Law governs the competition and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of playing this competition online, by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. The Win This Ltd or any of it’s employees will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
To enter the competition follow the relevant instructions. When you are ready to purchase your ticket, follow the on-screen instructions to provide your contact details and then your credit card details. When your credit card payment is cleared we will then contact you by email to confirm your entry into the competition. Please note that when entering online you will not be deemed entered into the competition until we confirm your ticket number back to you by email.

Your credit card will be billed immediately and will be shown as WWW.WINTHIS.CO.UK BURTON ON TRENT.

After purchase you will receive an e-mail notification. We recommend the cardholder to print out all transaction data, the rules and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time and keep them at an easily accessible place.

No refund is given.
All competitions finish when the allotted numbers of tickets are sold, or sooner at the discretion of Win This Ltd management. All competitors are automatically entered onto Win This Ltd database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their competition, as well as for any future promotions, competitions or deals offered by Win This Ltd.
The winner will be notified at the address or telephone number given in the contact details within 20 days of the closing date of the relevant competition. Any entrant may check the results of competitions completed within the last 12 months at our website http://www.winthis.co.uk.
The winner may be required to send documentation, such as copy of their passport to Win This Ltd, to confirm their identity, age and also to prove that if the purchase was made by credit card that the card was legally theirs or they had authorisation to use it, before any prize will be released or delivered. Following receipt and verification of the details above by Win This Ltd, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

In the European Union and the UK the prize will be delivered with UK VAT paid but any other taxes/import duties/registration costs due will be the responsibility of the prize-winner. In all other countries the prize will be shipped (net of all taxes) to the nearest port and any applicable import duties/taxes/registration costs due in the destination country will be the responsibility of the prize-winner. Win This Ltd reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries.
All prizes that have a specification listed have been pre purchased by Win This Ltd. When a prize listed above says, “Specification not confirmed” Win This Ltd has not yet purchased this prize. If the winner chooses to take a prize that is “specification not confirmed” Win This Ltd will place an order for that prize. Win This Ltd will have the sole discretion as to the specification and colour of the prize. Delivery of the prize to the winner will of course take longer and may take up to six months.
The winner will be drawn from those who have followed the instructions and answered the competition question correctly. The draw will take place in the presence of a Win This Ltd Director, an independent witness and/or a registered solicitor.
There is no cash alternative for any of the prizes on offer by Win This Ltd.
Win This Ltd will store the chosen prize free of charge for 7 days after notifying the winner, at the end of which time the prize will be delivered to the winner.
Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives Win This Ltd the right to use the prize-winner’s name, personal photograph and home country for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.
Win This Ltd, reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason. In these circumstances Win This Ltd reserves the right to transfer the customer’s ticket into another competition for which the ticket price is at least the same or more than the original price paid. Or refund the ticket purchase price.
Refunds – no refunds are available with exception of circumstances described in point 12 above.
Win This Ltd makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Win This Ltd, Win This Ltd shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by Win This Ltd, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize-winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by the Win This Ltd.
No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.

Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to Win This Ltd or authorise Win This Ltd to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, may be used by Win This Ltd (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which Win This Ltd considers may be of interest to you.

In order to process, record and use your personal data Win This Ltd may disclose it to (i) any credit card company whose name you give; (ii) any organisation (whether or not connected to the Win this Ltd) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which Win This Ltd considers may be of interest to you; (iii) any person to whom Win This Ltd proposes to transfer any of Win This Ltd's rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement Win This Ltd may have with you; (iv) any person to whom Win This Ltd proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (v) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of Win This Ltd in any country; and (vi) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.

In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data Win This Ltd may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event Win This Ltd is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.
